PET RENT: 
Dogs: $50 monthly 
Cats: $35 monthly

Certain types of pets are not allowed. These include, but are not limited to monkeys, ferrets, snakes, rabbits, livestock, reptiles and certain dogs. 
Pets with a history of biting are NOT permitted in the Community. 
Number of Pets: No more than one (1) pet allowed per apartment home. An additional pet may be allowed but only with our prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld at our sole discretion.
Leash: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the Unit.
